A Couple Unfinished Ideas

In the last couple of days I have come up with some cards that are too interesting for me not to share right away.  They are unfinished, yet I feel I need some feedback to make sure they have the right feel and will be fun.  The flavor should speak for the cards, so I won't explain them anymore.
